General Questions

What is Spartan Home Health?

Spartan Home Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for hormone optimization, weight loss, and longevity treatments — all delivered monthly to your door. We specialize in couples and household-level care.

Is this available in my state?

We are expanding state by state. At launch we serve patients in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, and Texas — with more states added regularly. Enter your zip code during the assessment to confirm availability.

Do I need insurance?

No insurance required. Our plans are priced as flat monthly memberships with no copays, deductibles, or insurance bureaucracy. Many patients find our total cost is lower than their out-of-pocket insurance costs for the same treatments.

Are these real doctors?

Yes. All consultations are with licensed physicians, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners credentialed in the states where they practice. All prescriptions are issued through licensed medical professionals.

Are there any long-term contracts?

None. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties, no fees. We earn your continued membership by delivering results.

Treatment Questions

What treatments do you offer?

We offer TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), HRT (hormone replacement therapy for women), GLP-1 weight loss (semaglutide), ED medication (tadalafil/sildenafil), and peptide & longevity protocols (Sermorelin, BPC-157, NAD+, TB-500).

How are medications delivered?

All medications are compounded by state-licensed pharmacies and shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging directly to your door every month. No pharmacy trips. No awkward conversations.

Are compounded medications safe?

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed, PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacies under strict quality standards. They are not FDA-approved as finished products, but are legally prescribed and dispensed by licensed professionals.

How often do I need lab work?

Initial labs are required before starting any hormone treatment. Follow-up labs are typically conducted at 6–8 weeks and then every 3–6 months depending on your protocol. Your provider manages all lab coordination.

Can I do this if I have existing health conditions?

It depends on the condition. Your provider will review your full health history and current medications during consultation. Some conditions may require additional evaluation or may be contraindications. Your safety always comes first.

What if I want to stop treatment?

You can pause or cancel any time. For hormone treatments, your provider will create a transition plan to safely discontinue if needed. Some treatments (like GLP-1) can be stopped abruptly; others (like TRT) benefit from a gradual taper.

Pricing & Billing

What does $249/month include?

The His Plan and Her Plan each include: the appropriate hormone medication (testosterone for him, bioidentical HRT for her), provider consultations, lab work coordination, monthly medication delivery, and ongoing dosage optimization.

What is the Household Plan and how does it save money?

The Household Plan combines the His Plan ($249) and Her Plan ($249) into one bundled rate of $399/month — saving $99/month, or $1,188/year. It also includes coordinated lab scheduling, a shared household dashboard, and priority support.

Are lab fees included?

Lab coordination is included in all plans. Depending on your location and testing method, at-home lab kits are typically included. Local lab visit fees may vary — your care coordinator will clarify what applies to your situation.

Is there a setup or enrollment fee?

No. Your first monthly payment covers everything from day one — including your initial consultation and lab work. No hidden startup costs.

Can I add GLP-1 weight loss to an existing plan?

Yes. GLP-1 weight loss (semaglutide) can be added to any existing plan for $349/month per person. Peptide add-ons (Sermorelin, BPC-157, NAD+, TB-500) are +$99/month per person.
